About Us

This is the official site for Eaton and Eccleston Parish Council. Our aim is to inform residents of news and events within the parish. In the Parish Council section of this site residents are also able to access the minutes of parish council meetings and dates and the agenda of forthcoming meetings.

The civil parish of Eaton and Eccleston, previously known as the parish of Eaton, Eccleston and Claverton, was set up in May 2015 after a review of all the parish councils in the Borough of Cheshire West and Chester had been carried out. At that time the boundary line between the parish and the neighbouring parishes of Pulford and Dodleston was altered slightly and the number of Parish Councillors set at 7.

The parish lies just south of the City of Chester and comprises Eaton Park, the village of Eccleston and surrounding farmland.

King's School

King's is a community of learning. A community because staff, pupils and parents share common values and purpose - the ambition to be the best, the benevolence to care for each other, and co-operation and teamwork. We do a lot together - not just sport and music and drama, but over 150 activities and clubs. And we love learning: we are passionate about great teaching, but above all we all learn all the time. We are down-to-earth, but we have some of the best pupils and staff you would see anywhere. All this makes King's a truly remarkable place. Please do come and visit us. - See more at: http://www.kingschester.co.uk/#sthash.f4AHhLtt.dpuf
